Who Leads Emotional Balance Sessions?
Sessions are led by certified Art of Living instructors trained in breathwork, meditation, and emotional wellness practices inspired by the teachings of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
You may be guided by instructors such as Shivani Sharma, Ami P. Patel, Kinnari Patel, Anish Patel, Rituparna Dey, Somya Ramrakhyani, or Shilpa Khare.
