All sessions at our Center are led by certified Art of Living instructors who have undergone rigorous training and regular refreshers.

You may be guided by instructors such as Shivani Sharma, Ami P. Patel, Kinnari Patel, Anish Patel, Rituparna Dey, Somya Ramrakhyani, or Shilpa Khare — each bringing compassion, experience, and a deep personal meditation practice.

FAQs

Do I need prior experience? No. Our Center welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. We guide you step by step.
What should I bring? Comfortable clothing and an open mind. Mats and seating are available, but you may bring your own cushion if you like.
How long is a typical session? Most sessions last about 45–60 minutes, including breathing practices, guided meditation, and brief knowledge or Q&A.
Is there an online option? Yes, we offer both in-person and online meditation sessions so you can join from wherever you are.
