All sessions at our Meditation Center are led by certified Art of Living instructors who have undergone rigorous training and regular refreshers.

You may be guided by instructors such as Shilpa Khare, Ami P. Patel, Kinnari Patel, Anish Patel, Rituparna Dey, Somya Ramrakhyani, or Shivani Sharma — each bringing compassion, experience, and a deep personal meditation practice.

Meditation Center – FAQs

Do I need prior experience? No. Our Meditation Center welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced meditators. We guide you step by step.
What should I bring? Comfortable clothing and an open mind. Mats and seating are usually available, but you may bring your own cushion if you like.
How long is a typical session? Most sessions last about 45–60 minutes, including breathing practices, guided meditation, and brief knowledge or Q&A.
Is there an online option? Yes, we offer both in-person and online meditation sessions so you can join from wherever you are.
