Who Leads the Wellness Programs?

Our wellness offerings are conducted by certified Art of Living instructors trained in breathwork, meditation, and yoga-based wellness practices.

Programs may be led by Shivani Sharma, Ami P. Patel, Kinnari Patel, Anish Patel, Rituparna Dey, Somya Ramrakhyani, or Shilpa Khare — each bringing compassion, experience, and a holistic understanding of stress and well-being.

Is this a medical clinic? No. We are a holistic wellness center offering mind–body practices that support emotional and physical well-being. Our programs are meant to complement, not replace, professional medical care.
Do I need any prior experience? No. All practices are taught step by step and adapted to your comfort level. Beginners are very welcome.
Can these programs help with stress-related issues? Yes. Many participants report reduced stress, better sleep, improved mood, and more energy after attending our wellness programs regularly.
Are sessions online or in-person? We offer both in-person and online wellness programs so you can join from wherever you are.
