Yoga Studio – FAQs

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga? No. You come to yoga to become flexible, not because you already are. Our classes are beginner-friendly and adapted to different body types.
What should I bring to class? Comfortable clothing you can move in. You may bring your own yoga mat and water bottle; some mats may be available at the studio.
Can I join if I have back or neck issues? Yes, many people with mild back or neck discomfort benefit from yoga. Please inform the instructor of any conditions so poses can be modified for you.
Are there online yoga options? Yes, we offer both in-person and online yoga sessions so you can join from home when needed.
Is this a fitness-only class? No. While your body gets stronger and more flexible, Art of Living yoga also includes breathwork and relaxation for mental and emotional well-being.
